During the school year we also offer a range of in school supports such as onsite Orienteering mapping and fun training sessions which can act as part of the school Physical Education program.
We work with many Secondary schools offering the likes of Team Building programs, skills training in specific sports, supports to the Schools Gaisce program and indeed multi day activity programs for Transition years. We can link the activity outcomes to Curriculum based guidelines too. If you are a Teacher or TY co-ordinator then give us a call to see if we can suuport your students learning outdoors.
Third Level Colleges
The range of courses and opportunities at Third Level and in Further Education courses is wide and our programs and activities can support that diversity of learning. Give us a call if you have a class or group that would like to take part in some activities or perhaps we can design a program to suit your needs.
Ireland has emerged a great destination for foreign language groups to come and visit for language / adventure based experiences. In recent years we have established strong links with a number of groups and we provide them with an exciting program of activities with which to build their language learning program around.
The Gasice Presidents Awards Adventurous Journey can be facilitated though our canoeing or hillwalking journeys. One of these could be the two day open canoe trip down the River Bandon which finishes in Kinsale. Experienced instructors will introduce participants to camp craft skills, canoe skills, promote environmental awareness and knowledge, all the while participants are building social and personal skills throughout the trip.
